While there are still some interesting festivals coming up on the Long Beach Peninsula, they tend to be calmer than the summer’s rowdier ones. Check our September 13 post for information on the Cranberrian Fair, the One Sky, One World Kite Celebration, the Water Music Festival, the Graveyard of the Pacific shipwreck events and the Wild Mushroom Celebration, which continues through November.

If you’re interested in staying in a safe environment that’s just a short walk from the beach, check out our vacation rentals, south of Ocean Park. They are in the quiet Klipsan Beach area, and in the long run, will save you money. Check out our amenities, which include full-size kitchens, hundreds of family-appropriate movies, books, games & toys, as well as extra jackets, rain boots, etc., in case the weather surprises you.
