Standard rates begin at $150 per night per unit with a $75 cleaning fee (eliminated for 3-night stays). Email us for information on the dates you’d like to come. If you’re planning to come for a week (six days) for which there are no specials listed, contact us and we’ll design something for you.
“No Fees” special for 2012
Stay 3 nights or more in 2012 and skip out on the cleaning fee! No other fees apply, either. Just pay the basic daily rate and lodging tax and you’re done! This offer may be combined with other specials. Not applicable for pets. Email us for availability information.

Book at least four nights during Rod Run week in 2012 (2nd weekend in September) and receive a basket filled with NASCAR merchandise. The Klipsan Beach Life Saving Station, just south of Ocean Park and on the main highway, is a great location for viewing the parade of cars throughout the weekend. Cranberry Festival Week – October 2012
